 Sometimes when you saw someone or something that is a potential subject for photography and unfortunately, a photographer dont have the camera with him in that specific scenes it is very frustrating. This happened to me most of the time. Just like this morning, while walking at Poveda St. at Ortigas, i saw an dirty old man fixing his stuff. I was waiting for this kind of portrait subject and unfortunately, i left my camera at my house.

Another thing that a photographer must always remember is the battery and the memory. When you are going to travel in long distance, you have to reserve a spare battery(atleast 2 fully charged) and a huge capacity of memory card. This is to avoid a frustration when you run out of those two things. If possible, it is suggested that you bring an extra camera to.

 The famous festival in the province of Marinduque is the Moriones Festival. It was celebrated every Friday of the Holy Week. The Morions are the Roman soldiers from the time of Christ.  They are part Jesus Christ suffering before he died on the Holy Cross. The mask of the morion was made of curve wood and chicken feathers or sometimes other materials like recycled papers an plastic. When i was kid every time we participate in procession of the Saints and Jesus, I always avoid to be near in the morions because i am scared of their faces.

The best part of the celebration in Moriones Festival is the Reinactment on how they crucified Jesus. One of the main event on this play is the beheading of Longinos. He was a braved soldier of Poncios Pilate. Longinos was the only Morion who deliver the news in the public that Jesus was alive. Thats why they decided to kill him because they dont want people know that Jesus is true son of God because of his resurrection.

This festival is a must seen festival in the province. In just 3 hrs travel by land and 2 hrs by sea travel from Manila, you can witness these beautiful moriones costumes walking around the streets. And of course nice subject for photography because of their colorful outfit and masks.

After 4 days of hybernation, im back to posting.

This book will teach you step by step with sample screenshots to for you to visualized what is going on. It comes with working sample codes unlike other book, sometimes there errors when you run it.

For me this book is the best starting tool by the web programmer who wants to switch in open source programming.

I remember the time when the filmed camera is very popular especially in some friends and family gathering. I never thought that digital cameras will take the stage when it comes to photography. Thanks to the inventor of this digital gadget. During the analog or filmed is dominating, people are very aware of the status of their film. They are very careful on their shot because 1 bad pose they can never improved it. And another disadvantage of that is the number of shots is decreasing. If you are a photographer back then you should have a huge number of film boxes. Combination of excitement and nervous are the feelings of the people when film developing was done they dont have any ideas of how they look on the picture. I remember my sister when we were a kid every pictures we had, her eyes are always close maybe because of the flash. The good thing is in digital we all know that there is an  LCD Display and has an option of deleting the photo or editing it directly from the camera. This can be done in some high end cameras.
